Description
This Blueberry Pie Cheese Ball is the perfect appetizer or dessert for your next family gathering! Only 5 ingredients and made healthier with siggi’s yogurt!
Ingredients
- 2– 5.3 ounce containers of siggi’s blueberry icelandic style skyr yogurt
- 4 ounces Neufchâtel cheese (or 1/3 less fat cream cheese)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
Instructions
- Blend the yogurt, cream cheese and vanilla in a medium bowl. Fold in the blueberries. (I chose to use a blender to add in the blueberries so they would be a bit smushed, but if you would prefer to keep them whole then fold them in).
- Using a rubber spatula, place the mixture on a serving dish and shape into a ball. Gently press the chopped pecans over the entire surface of the cheese ball.
- Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers. Enjoy!
- Store covered for up to 1 week.
