Description
This Broccoli Apple Salad packs a great mix of flavors with every bite! Lightened up by using siggi’s yogurt, it is perfect for your next pot luck party!
Ingredients
- 1– 5.3 ounce container of siggi’s vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 – 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 crown broccoli, chopped (about 3 cups)
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vinegar and sugar.
- Add in the remaining ingredients; stir until evenly coated. Place in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours to allow for the flavors to blend together.
- Serve chilled. Store covered or in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
