These Peanut Butter Energy Bites are rich in peanut butter flavor and are an excellent healthy on-the-go snack or post-workout refuel option!
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter powder
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons honey (can sub in maple syrup if vegan)
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir until well combined.
- Taking about 1 tablespoon at a time, roll mixture into balls. Enjoy!
Keep stored covered or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
