Description

This yummy green lactation smoothie made with peach, banana, spinach and avocado is packed with fiber, protein and healthy fats. It's a perfect breakfast smoothie for nursing moms.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 1/2 medium banana (preferably frozen slices)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup packed spinach
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon milled flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon brewer's yeast powder
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend 60 seconds, or until it reaches your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
