These Healthy Buffalo Chicken Wraps are great alternative to fast food crispy chicken wraps!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken breast meat (or grilled chicken strips, cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons hot-pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
  • 4 10” whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup peeled, seeded, and diced cucumber
  • 1 cup peeled, shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken and hot-pepper sauce in small bowl.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing over each tortilla. Arrange ½ cup romaine horizontally down the center of each tortilla. Top each with ½ cup chicken, ¼ cup celery, ¼ cup cucumber, and ¼ cup carrots.
  3. Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center. Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla up to the top.

Notes

Cook’s note: Try using flavored tortillas to add color and extra flavor. Mix it up by adding any of your other favorite veggies like bell peppers, green onions, or tomatoes.
