Description

Kick your immune system up a notch with this Immune Boosting Wild Blueberry Beet Smoothie. Loaded with antioxidants and other anti-inflammatory properties, this delicious smoothie is sure to help you fight any germs that come your way!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped beets
  • 1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend for 60 seconds or until the ingredients are all pureed and it reaches a smoothie consistency.
  3. Pour into two glasses. Enjoy immediately.
