Description

Enjoy this sweet and tangy 5-ingredient Mango Turmeric Smoothie for breakfast, post workout or as a snack any time of the day!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 to 1/2-inch peeled fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Optional for extra sweetness: 1/2 banana or honey, as desired

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high power blender. Blend 30-60 seconds or until it reaches a smooth consistency.
