Enjoy the classic combo of PB&J in an easy, portable snack with these Peanut Butter and Jelly Energy Bites. You are only 4 ingredients away to enjoying this satisfying snack!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup oats (certified GF if needed)
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoons natural jam or jelly ( I chose Smucker's Natural Strawberry Fruit Spread)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  2. Form/roll into 12 balls.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 1-2 weeks.
