Pomegranate Guacamole

Description

Add some color and sweetness to your dip this holiday season with this Pomegranate Guacamole. It’s sure to be a crowd pleaser!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 small onion, finely minced
  • 1 small jalapeno, minced
  • arils of 1 pomegranate

Instructions

  1. Place avocados in a medium bowl and, using a fork, mash to desired consistency.
  2. Add in salt, lime juice, minced garlic, onion and jalapeno, stir to combine.
  3. Gently fold in the pomegranate arils.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour prior to serving.
  5. Serve with chips and enjoy!
