Description

Frozen wild blueberries blended with mint to make a refreshing and nutritious wild blueberry mint smoothie!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 12 tablespoons honey
  • 20 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup milled flax seed, optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend/puree for 30-60 seconds or until desired consistency. Pour into two glasses. Serve immediately.
