Description

This Wild Blueberry Vanilla Breakfast Smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. With 25 grams of protein, 14 grams fiber and plenty of antioxidants, it's sure to fuel you all morning long!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass. Serve immediately.
