So I did a thing and I’m jumping in today with a pop-up Healthy Eating Challenge! I know this is last minute, but I decided yesterday to do a healthy eating challenge for the month. I know – not very good advance planning on my part! This month (October) generally kicks off the holiday eating frenzy that lasts through the end of the year. I want to help you create healthy eating habits so the holidays won’t throw you off!
I’ve been MIA in my private Facebook group since I became pregnant last year, but I want to get back into it and interact more with you all. You could put it up on your fridge as a reminder!
Each week in this healthy eating challenge we will focus on one main topic, with a mini-topic/challenge each day. I hope this challenge will cause you to take a look at your eating habits in a different light and create new healthy habits you can stick with. Change is not easy. Creating new habits that will stick is hard. But I am here for you, rooting for you and cheering you on. Together we all can make small changes one day or week at a time to create lasting results!
