Welcome to Your Choice Nutrition! My name is Brittany Poulson. I am a registered dietitian nutritionist professionally, but at home I am a cook and baker, wanna be crafter, marathon runner, gardener, loving wife, and mom. My passions include food, nutrition, health, and family. I hope to use this website and blog to motivate others to improve their quality of life by trying new healthy recipes, being more active, or finding other ways to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits into your daily routine. Most importantly, I want you to live a healthy life you can enjoy. This means finding the right foods, exercise and other activities that you love. After all, if you have to live with it you should enjoy it, right? It can be hard sometimes changing habits you have had for a lifetime, but it is not impossible and, over time, once those small changes start to add up you will look back to see just how far you’ve come. In the coming days, weeks and months I hope to post information and content that is relevant to you and will help you make informed choices about your health and put you on a pathway to wellness.
