The Inside Scoop:
This week was a pretty normal week for me. I did go to the dentist and I didn’t have any cavities – wahoo! Because of that alone, I am calling this week a success. 🙂 Oh, and I received my flu shot. Another thing marked off my to-do list! Don’t you just love the feeling of checking things off your to-do list? Sometimes I write things down I’ve already done just so I can mark them off! 😉 I know I’m a nerd.

Maple Pumpkin Almond Butter via The Foodie Dietitian. (I have never had pumpkin butter before, but I believe that streak will soon end. With only 5 ingredients, this recipe is simple and looks so good. Plus, the options of how to use it are endless!)
