Are you up for the 30 Day Strong Arms Challenge? With 4 simple moves each day, you can tone and sculpt your arms in just 30 days!
In my private Facebook group we recently completed a 30 day core strength challenge. Everyone who participated wanted to continue with yet another challenge. I asked what they wanted, and the challenge that got the most votes was arms. So starting this next week on Monday, August 21 I’ll be kicking off a 30 Day Strong Arms Challenge! Any one who knows me knows my arms are one of my weak areas. As a runner, I have pretty strong legs, but my arms are a completely different story. So even if you don’t join the group to actually do the challenge with us, you’ll be sure to be entertained as you watch me try to complete all the moves!
We’ll be doing 3 of the same moves every day of the challenge: arm circles, triceps dips, and push-ups. Each day we’ll also have a bonus dumbbell move, which is optional. Bonus moves will consist of dumbbell rotations, overhead presses, side lateral raises, dumbbell curls, bent over rows, and triceps extensions. I will be going live in the group to show you how to do the moves on day 1. I will also be checking in each day of the challenge, either by going live or simply posting, to provide support and accountability.
Still not convinced? See what participants said about our last challenge:
“It was tough, but it seemed impossible a month ago. So cool to see so much accomplished in such a short time.”
“Feeling stronger everyday!”
Another fun part of the challenge is that I’ll be doing random prize drawings throughout the challenge for the people who are participating. I could be giving away anything from Amazon e-gift cards, nutrition e-guides, fitness accessories, food samples, and more!
If you want to join the group and follow along as we tone and sculpt our arms, hop on over to the private Facebook group page and request to join! I’d love to see you there!
