Sweet and savory meet in these quick and easy Honey Garlic Salmon Patties. Enjoy as a light & fresh lunch or dinner time option!
In an effort to add more seafood into both me and my family's diet, I decided I needed to add more seafood recipes to my blog, as well. Because, who knows? Maybe you are trying to add more seafood to your diet, too. Salmon and tuna are my go-to's for seafood. I know, lame right? I need to branch out, but today is not that day. ...And in case you're curious, you can find my only other salmon recipe here.
These Honey Garlic Salmon Patties are so easy to make and cook fairly quick. You can have them on the table in under 15 minutes! After you take them off the grill, simply wrap them in a big ole' lettuce leaf (add any extra toppings you wish) and enjoy! Serve with a healthy side dish or two and you've got yourself a meal! I served mine alongside some leftover pasta salad from the day before and cooked veggies. Easy peasy. Dinner done, kids fed, happy mom.
Add more omega-3's to your diet with these Honey Garlic Salmon Patties Share on XOh, and back to the whole seafood for me and my family thing. My kids loved them - even my 1 year old, which surprised me. I was expecting him to take one bite and spit it back out, but he ate all of it and hardly touched the other food on his plate. My 4 year old loved it, too, and my hubby couldn't stop raving about them. I guess you could say I'll definitely be making these honey garlic salmon patties again!

I love salmon, but I've never made salmon patties before-these look delicious! Unfortunately my daughter doesn't like fish at all, so I only make it when she's out of the house. So great your 4 yo loved these patties 🙂

My mother in law made us salmon patties a couple days ago and they were so good that I vowed I needed to make them more. Everybody loved them- including my kids too! Thanks for the reminder!
